1. Introduction

custom printed products including T-shirts, mugs, caps, and merchandise. By placing an order, you
agree to be bound by these terms under the laws of the State of Qatar.
2. Products & Custom Orders
All products are custom-made according to customer specifications. Customers are responsible for
design accuracy, spelling, sizing, and ensuring they have rights to submitted artwork. We reserve
the right to refuse unlawful or offensive content.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in QAR unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before production begins.
4. Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started due to the customized nature of products.
5. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they own or have permission to use submitted designs and agree to indemnify
us against any infringement claims.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product, subject to Qatar consumer protection
laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes shall be subject to Qatar
courts.
