REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. Custom Products
All items are custom-made and non-returnable except in cases of defect or error.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, customer spelling errors,minor color variations, or slight placement differences.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
Customers must report issues within 3–7 days of delivery with photos and order details. Approved
claims may result in replacement or refund.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping fees
are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
5. Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, minor production variations are not considered defects. Claims must be made
within 48 hours of delivery.
